TS3096

Built to de-package supermarket food waste and kitchen food waste to meet the increased throughput requirements of the anaerobic digestion and waste industries

The TS3096 was introduced in 2003 to meet the requirements of a waste company to de-package cereals in large boxes. The TS2096’s separation chamber was not large enough to allow the boxed cereal to separate efficiently and is the reason for addition of the larger TS3096 into the Turbo Separator range.

The TS3096, with a throughput of up to 10,000 kg/hr proved to be an ideal size for the growing anaerobic digestion industry, which required a means to de-package and separate packaged food and kitchen food waste.

The TS3096 is available with shear pin paddles which protect the paddles from damage caused by foreign objects that have inadvertently entered the separation chamber with the in-feed material.

Several TS3096 systems have been supplied to anaerobic digestion and green energy companies throughout Europe since 2008.
